Orders pricing and acceptance

Product listings display US dollar prices current at the time of publication on Flavor Balance. We may correct typographical pricing errors before accepting an order; if a correction affects you, we will offer cancellation or revised pricing before capturing payment. An order becomes binding when we send a confirmation email and charge the payment method successfully, except where law requires otherwise.

Shipping risk of loss and titles

Title to physical goods passes to you when the carrier records delivery, unless applicable law in your state dictates an earlier transfer. Risk of loss shifts according to the carrier’s terms once the package leaves our prep desk. If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the parcel, contact us within five business days so we can open a carrier investigation.

Guided Habit Tune-Up sessions

Virtual sessions occur at scheduled times using links we provide. You agree to join from a private space when discussing personal eating routines, to avoid recording the session without mutual written consent, and to arrive within five minutes of the start time. Late arrivals shorten the session length without refund unless we caused the delay. Cancellations with more than twenty-four hours’ notice may be rescheduled once at no additional fee; late cancellations forfeit the session fee except in emergencies we verify at our discretion.

Acceptable use of Shogvaxxfrexis

You may not scrape the site in ways that degrade performance, attempt to bypass HTTPS protections, upload malware through any future file feature, harass staff through contact channels, or misrepresent affiliation with BiteHarmony. We may suspend access when automated systems detect abuse patterns affecting other customers awaiting Flavor Balance shipments.

Intellectual property and limited license

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in New York County for disputes exceeding small claims thresholds, unless consumer protection law in your home state grants you a non-waivable right to sue elsewhere.

Changes and severability

We may modify these terms to reflect new product categories or legal requirements. Continued use after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance unless the changes require fresh affirmative consent under law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
