Eligibility window for unused goods

You may return unused physical products in original packaging within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the product price to the original payment method, excluding outbound shipping charges unless we shipped the wrong SKU or the item arrived defective. Decks must show no shuffle wear, and ceramics must remain unused with protective liners intact so we can restock safely.

Defective or damaged shipments

If a planning deck arrives with bent corners that prevent shuffling, or if bowls arrive cracked, photograph the packaging and product within forty-eight hours of delivery and contact us through the Contact Us page. We will arrange prepaid return labels when appropriate or issue replacements if inventory allows. Cosmetic kiln speckles within our published tolerance are not defects.

Studio pickup returns
